About the Greenbelt
The Park
Harpers Branch Creek Greenbelt is a 1.69 acre undeveloped park in the Travis Heights neighborhood. It is owned by the Austin Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) and has a with a street address of 1405 Kenwood Ave., Austin, Texas 78704. The park is publicly accessible only from its northwest quarter of its perimeter which lies entirely along Kenwood Ave. The park is bounded by Kenwood Ave., houses on Kenwood Ave. Bonham Terrace and Reagan Terrace, and by the Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) building on 1124 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78704.

Exploration and planning with key organizations who own and have stewardship over the park, and volunteer organizations who can help us organize events.
We have explored all topics we are aware of that can have a positive impact on restoration preservation and accessibility. For example, erosion prevention, invasive plant removal and restoration of native plants, and walkability without compromising the natural area.
